ON SITE MASSAGE (SEATED ACUPRESSURE)

This is a MUST-HAVE therapy if you are looking to do corporate work/festivals etc. We can also put you in touch with the company that arrange back-stage massage for artists and performers around the UK and On-Site massage is the preferred therapy.


This is an accredited, level 3 practitioner course ~ To Attend you must have a recognised massage qualification e.g. holistic massage, swedish, aromatherapy, IHM, sports etc - please get in touch with us if you’re unsure.

On Site massage is performed with the client fully clothed using a massage chair – the perfect therapy for corporate work.

We will cover:
•    The History and Origins of On Site  Massage
•     Choosing suitable massage chairs
•    On site (seated acupressure) massage techniques 
•    Acupressure points and their relevance
•    Benefits of On Site Massage, esp. For stress relief
•    Contraindications - when not to treat
•    After care advice 
•    A short routine and longer 30 minute routine

On Site is a 2 day course plus an assessment day 1 month later

Further practice will be required in the form of 10 case studies (five single treatments for relaxation and five single treatments for invigoration) plus successful completion of assessment day before receiving certification. A comprehensive On Site course manual covering the contents of the entire weekend will be supplied for future reference.
