Are TEACH Therapy Courses accredited?

Yes they are. We have our courses accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the UK's largest professional association for therapists - it's important to us that you can use and insure  the skills that we teach you.

Where are your courses?

Our courses run at the Holiday Inn Express in Newport - Lakeside Drive, NP10 8BB

Is it easy to park?

Yes - it couldn't be easier. The venue has a large car park & it's free

Where can I stay overnight?

Our course venue The Holiday Inn Express do preferred room rates for our students  - give us a call and we'll let you know the latest rate - there are a couple of dates through the year when this rate can't be offered as there are major events in Newport or Cardiff. Please note that the discount is only available when you telephone the hotel to make your reservation and cannot be applied to on-line reservations - the telephone number for the hotel is 01633 819850 (select option 5)

Do you do discounts?

Yes we do. We operate a loyalty scheme which rewards you with points for every day that you train with us, see Our Loyalty Scheme page for full details

How do I get my Loyalty Discount when I pay on-line - it only shows the full course fee?

Don't worry, your card isn't actually charged until your booking is processed by us at TEACH Therapy - we then have the option of charging a discounted amount - which we do after calculating your discount - you'll receive a booking confirmation showing you exactly what you've paid by email within 24 hours

Can I pay by instalments?

The course I want to do is Sold Out - Do you have a cancellation list?

Yes we do - just call us or email - let us have your name, mobile number & which course yu're interested in and if a place becomes available we send out a text to everyone on the cancellation list - first to respond gets the place


What happens if I can't attend the course that I've booked?

Our Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking & you do not wish to attend an alternative date or course then £30.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance refunded.

However, If you do want to transfer please contact us as soon as possible – we will do our very best to resell your place and if we are successful you can transfer your booking to an alternative date or course without charge – and with plenty of notice we can usually do this. If we are not able to resell your course place then £30.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your payment & any remainder will be available for you to use on any future course booking and will be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of cancellation.

Do I have to wear uniform on your courses?

For most of our courses no. Joggers and T shirt are perfect and we will let know on your booking confirmation if you do

Will I receive a certificate

Yes you will. We issue a certifcate for every course so that you can get your new skills insured and log your CPD hours too

Is the course venue easy to get to?

YES! The Holiday Inn Express is just 2 minutes off the M4 at junction 28 so couldn't be easier. If you're coming by train you'll find plenty of taxi's outside the station and it's approximately 3 miles

I'm not a qualified therapist - can I attend your courses?

I'm sorry but we specialise in advanced courses for those already qualified.

All of our courses are aimed at qualified Complementary Health Therapists who would like to gain new skills: Advanced Massage; Advanced Reflexology; Advanced Aromatherapy; Baby & Pregnancy courses; Learn a New Therapy
